Warranty Info

Your Cafesti Machine carries an in-house one (1) year warranty claim.

To make a warranty claim please reach out to our technical support department by sending an email to tech@cafesti.com with your original order details. We will attempt to troubleshoot the problem with you over the phone/chat/zoom and will further instruct you if your product needs to be returned for service. 

Limitations of Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Use of the machine for any unintended purpose. The intended purpose is defined in the manual.
  • Routine maintenance, cleaning, and servicing.
  • Claims or damage arising from failure to maintain the machine properly including regular cleaning and descaling.
  • Claims arising from using your equipment in a non-domestic environment.
  • Claims arising from any problem with the supply of electricity or water.
  • Cosmetic damage such as damage to paintwork or dents or scratches to your machine.
  • Claims arising from your failure to follow the Cafesti manual instruction.

Please note that in case of a return for repairs not covered by the Warranty the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us, but Cafesti Coffee, Ltd. will cover the return shipping costs to you.
